Abstract

This study investigates the integration of the "Camel Spirit"—characterized by perseverance, endurance, and collective strength—into the educational management of physical activities in vocational colleges. Taking endurance training and team sports as core examples, the paper analyzes the alignment between spiritual values and physical education goals, identifies existing management limitations, and proposes targeted strategies guided by cultural and developmental objectives. The research highlights the value of spirit-oriented education in enhancing students’ resilience, collaboration, and moral development. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of institutional support, teacher capacity building, and comprehensive evaluation systems to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of such reforms. The findings offer practical insights for advancing physical education as a vehicle for holistic vocational training.
